Regular/A Grade - Minimal to no flaws; comes with a backing card.
Seconds/B Grade pin - Noticeable flaws (over/underfilled enamel, dust, chipped enamel, discolored metal, etc) but is still perfectly lovely to wear; does not include a backing card unless requested.

I was not thrilled at the quality of the pin that I paid $12 each for. I bought 3. They all had defects- tarnished, missing enamel paint, very sharp edges, bubbled finish. I sent her pics. For me, they looked like seconds. I wrote the seller and it took her almost 2 weeks to reply although she advertised that she responds in a couple of hours. I was not pleased! She told me that all have small defects that are not considered ‘seconds’ . I disagreed, especially for 1 of the pins. She told me that I could return for a refund. I didn’t want to spend even more money for return shipping so I asked for a discount on each pin so that I would pay the price of a ‘seconds’ pin. She refused and agreed to give me $6 off the total. I’m not going to be buying from this seller again!
